Lin, Senior Law Clerk
Mimi joined Daoust Vukovich LLP in 1999 as a Law Clerk with primary
responsibilities in commercial leasing.
Mimi began her career in the
legal profession in 1989 as a member of the Legal Department at The
Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited, Canada's largest commercial real
estate developer. Her keen interest in law led her to pursue further
studies at Seneca College. Shortly after completing her Law Clerk Course
in 1993, Mimi took on the position of Law Clerk, in which her main
responsibilities included drafting and negotiating leases for major
shopping centres in Cadillac Fairview's Canadian portfolio.
In 1994, Mimi joined Bramalea Inc., where she held the position of Lease
Document Administrator. She rejoined Cadillac Fairview in 1995 and
resumed her responsibilities as a Law Clerk.
In 1998, Mimi joined Adason Properties Limited, a subsidiary of The
Canada Life Assurance Company, as a Senior Lease Administrator. Her
responsibilities included negotiating leases for industrial properties,
office buildings and shopping centres.
